About the experience
What can I expect from the event?
At this open-air, candlelit concert, talented musicians perform great classical masterpieces, including The Four Seasons by Vivaldi and Swan Lake by Tchaikovsky. Throughout the concert, drones will “dance” in the night sky, bringing the compositions to life through stunning displays of light and color.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience will take place at Parque Villa-Lobos, located at Av. Prof. Fonseca Rodrigues, 2001 – Alto de Pinheiros, São Paulo – SP, 05317-020.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place outdoors. If, due to weather conditions, the event cannot be held, you will be notified by email at the same address linked to your Fever account. If in doubt, remember to also check your spam folder.
How long does the experience last?
The concert and drone show will last approximately 65 minutes. Gates open 2 hours before the event start time. We recommend arriving early to secure parking and complete check-in before the show begins. Entry after the start time may not be allowed. Please note that during the performance, while drones are flying, access to parking areas may be temporarily restricted.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Bringing outside food or any type of beverage, alcoholic or not, is prohibited. Only water is allowed inside the event.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase on-site?
Food and drinks will be available for purchase on-site. For gluten-free or vegan options, we recommend checking availability before the event.
Is parking available?
Paid parking will be available.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee extra dates. Please check the experience page for updated availability, as only the listed dates and times are confirmed.
Is there a dress code?
There is no specific dress code. Depending on the weather, we suggest wearing warm clothing, as the event takes place at night and temperatures may drop.
About the tickets
Can I buy tickets at the entrance?
Tickets will not be sold at the venue. Purchases must be made exclusively through the Fever app or website.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets for free to anyone by clicking “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need additional help, contact support and provide your order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You will find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Be sure to log in using the same method used for purchase.
The QR code will also be available in your purchase confirmation email
I can’t find my ticket. What should I do?
Check the “Tickets” section in the Fever app. If you don’t have the app installed, download it from the Apple Store or Google Play and log in with the same account used for purchase. If you still cannot find your ticket, contact support.
Can I change my ticket date? Are refunds available?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours before the event. To request a change, contact support and provide your ticket ID. You can also check if this option is available in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app; if enabled, the “Change date and/or time” button will appear. Follow the instructions to complete the change.

About event access
Do I need to arrive exactly at my session time?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes to 1 hour before the time indicated on your ticket. Late entry may not be allowed.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Pets are not allowed at the venue; however, service animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event will take place at an accessible venue.
Will there be seating? Can I sit during the experience?
The show offers three ticket options:
- VIP area – poofs will be provided.
- Picnic-style area – foldable beach-style chairs will be provided.
- Standing area – guests will watch the show standing. In this area, guests may bring blankets, mats, or chairs, but we cannot guarantee others will remain seated, as standing is allowed.
We recommend planning ahead and choosing the ticket type that best matches how you want to enjoy the show.
What items are prohibited at the event?
- Firearms or weapons of any kind
- Any outside food or drinks except water
- Smoking items, containers, or glass bottles
- Chairs, tables, large carts, umbrellas, large strollers
- Inflatables
- Recreational drones
- Sharp objects and chemicals
All bags will be checked before entry
Do you offer companion/caregiver tickets?
Guests who require assistance during the experience may request a free pass for a companion or support professional at the venue entrance.
Is the experience accessible for people who are deaf or visually impaired?
The DroneArt Show has not been specifically adapted for visual or hearing impairments. The organizers aim to make experiences increasingly inclusive and recommend checking other experiences available in your city.
Will there be restrooms on-site?
Yes, restrooms are available. Please ask the on-site staff for directions
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. Please avoid disturbing other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed
Is there a lost and found?
Please check with the on-site team to see if your belongings have been found. If not possible at the time, contact support.
Is there a minimum age?
All ages are welcome. Note that the space may not be accessible for strollers, and they may not be allowed. Children under 3 years old enter for free.
Will there be an audio guide?
This experience does not include an audio guide.
