About the experience
What can I expect from the event?
DroneArt Show is an open-air experience that combines classical music with cutting-edge drone technology, creating an impressive visual and auditory experience. Throughout the experience, a string quartet will perform classical pieces in a setting illuminated by more than 5,000 candles, while a fleet of drones will dance across the night sky during selected songs, bringing the compositions to life with dazzling displays of light and color.
Where does the experience take place?

Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place outdoors. If the event cannot go ahead due to the weather forecast, we will notify you by email at the same address linked to your Fever account. If in doubt, remember to also check your spam folder.
How long does the experience last?
The concert and drone show will last approximately 65 minutes. Doors will open 2 hours before the start of the event. We recommend arriving early to enjoy the atmosphere and our food and beverage offering, and to check in before the show begins. Please note that seats are not assigned, so the earlier you arrive, the better choice of seats you will have. Entry will not be permitted once the event has started. The drones will fly only during a selected number of songs.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase at the venue?
Yes, you will be able to purchase food and drinks at this event.
Is there parking?
You can park at the Estacionamento Nascente do Polo Universitário da Ajuda.

About the tickets
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Tickets will not be sold at the door; they can only be purchased through the Fever app or website.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. It is as easy as clicking on "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need any further assistance. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in using the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, in the "Tickets" section. You will also receive your tickets in the purchase confirmation email. If you do not have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the change policy?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours before the event. If you would like to make a change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?).
You can also check whether this option is available by viewing your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps provided to change the ticket date and/or time.

Accessing the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Yes, we recommend arriving as early as possible. Doors open two hours before the start of the show, and entry is not permitted once the session has started. Arriving early will also allow you to enjoy the atmosphere and our food and beverage offering. Please note that seats are not assigned, so the earlier you arrive, the better choice of seats you will have.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Only service animals are allowed at the venue for this event.
Is the venue accessible?

Do you offer tickets for carers?
Guests who require assistance during this experience are entitled to request a free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.
For this experience, simply show proof that you require a carer ticket at the entrance to the experience, and the carer will be able to enter free of charge.
Is the experience accessible to people with visual or hearing impairments?
Unfortunately, this experience could not be adapted for people with visual and/or hearing impairments. We are doing everything we can to make all our experiences inclusive, and we recommend checking out other experiences in your city.
Are chairs available? Can I remain seated during the experience/show?
Yes, this is a seated experience.
Will there be toilets available on site?
This venue has toilets. Please ask our staff on site for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photographs and share them. When taking photos, please make sure you do not disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Where can I enquire about lost property?
We recommend asking the venue staff if they have found your belongings. If you are unable to ask them on site, please contact us through this link.
Is there a cloakroom available?
Unfortunately, this venue does not have a cloakroom.
Is there an age requirement?
