What can I expect from the event?
DroneArt Show is an outdoor show that merges classical music with cutting-edge drone technology, creating an impressive visual and auditory experience. Throughout the experience, a string quartet performs classical pieces in a setting lit by more than 10,000 candles, while a fleet of drones dances in the night sky during certain songs, bringing the compositions to life with dazzling displays of light and color.
Where is the experience held?
Gran Hipódromo de Andalucía - Av. de las Universidades, s/n, 41704 Dos Hermanas, Sevilla.
Is the experience held indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place outdoors. If, due to weather conditions, the event cannot be held, we will notify you via email to the same address linked to your Fever account. In case of doubt, please also check your spam folder.
How long does the experience last?
The concert and drone show will last approximately 62 minutes. The doors will open 2 hours before the event starts. We recommend arriving early to secure parking and register before the show begins. Late arrivals will not be permitted entry once the event has started. The drones will fly only during a select number of songs.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase on-site?
You will be able to purchase food and drinks at this event.
Is parking available?
Yes, you can purchase a parking ticket along with your event tickets.
Will there be additional sessions?

TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same account you used when purchasing the tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
For this event, all sales are final, and tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or modified. For more information, please check our T&Cs.
ACCESS
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the time stated on your ticket; late entry is not permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, animals are not allowed at this event. Service dogs are welcome.
Is the venue accessible?

Do you offer caretaker tickets?
Guests who require assistance during this experience are entitled to request a free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.
For this experience, simply show proof that you require a caregiver ticket at the beginning of the experience, and the caregiver will be granted free access.
Is the experience accessible for people with visual or hearing impairments?
Unfortunately, this experience has not been adapted for people with visual and/or hearing impairments. We are doing our best to make all our experiences inclusive, and we encourage you to check out other experiences in your city.
Are seats available? Can I sit during the experience/exhibition?
This is a seated experience, so there will be seating available for all guests.
Will there be bathrooms available on-site?
Yes, the venue has bathrooms. Please ask our staff on-site for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking pictures, be sure not to disturb other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.
Where can I inquire about lost items?
We recommend asking the venue staff if they have found your belongings. If you're unable to speak with them on-site, please contact us via this link.
Is there a cloakroom available?
Unfortunately, this venue does not have a cloakroom.
Is there an age requirement?
This experience only allows guests over the age of 8.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
