THE EXPERIENCE
What can I expect from the event?
At this open-air candlelight concert, talented musicians perform great classical masterpieces, including The Four Seasons by Antonio Vivaldi and Swan Lake by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. Throughout the concert, drones will "dance" across the night sky, bringing the compositions to life through stunning displays of light and color.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience will take place at Riocentro, located at Av. Salvador Allende, 6555 – Barra Olímpica, Rio de Janeiro – RJ, 22783-127.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place outdoors. If, due to weather conditions, the event cannot be held, you will be notified by email at the address linked to your Fever account. Please also check your spam folder if necessary.
How long does the experience last?
The concert and drone show will last approximately 65 minutes. Gates will open 2 hours before the event start time. We recommend arriving early to secure parking and complete check-in before the show begins. Entry after the start time may not be permitted. Please note that during the performance, while the drones are flying, access to the parking areas may be temporarily restricted.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Outside food and beverages of any kind, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, are not permitted. Only water is allowed.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase on-site?
Yes, food and beverages will be available for purchase on-site. For gluten-free or vegan options, we recommend checking availability before the event.
Is parking available?
Paid parking will be available on-site.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there a dress code?
There is no formal dress code. Since the event takes place at night, we recommend wearing warm clothing as temperatures may drop.
TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&C.
ACCESS
Do I need to arrive exactly at my session time?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes to 1 hour before the time indicated on your ticket. Late entry may not be permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Pets are not allowed at the venue; however, service animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event will take place at an accessible venue.
Will there be seating? Can I remain seated during the experience?
There are three ticket types available:
(I) VIP area, with poofs provided;
(II) Picnic-style area, with folding beach chairs provided;
(III) General standing area, where guests will watch the show standing.
In the standing area, guests may bring blankets, mats, or chairs; however, we cannot guarantee that others will remain seated, as standing during the show is allowed. We recommend planning in advance how you would like to enjoy the show and selecting the ticket type that best suits your preference.
Which items are prohibited at the event?
Firearms or weapons of any kind;
Any external food or beverages other than water;
Smoking items, glass containers or bottles;
Chairs, tables, large carts, umbrellas, large strollers;
Inflatable items;
Recreational drones;
Sharp objects and chemical products in general.
All bags will be inspected before entry.
Do you offer tickets for caregivers/companions?
Guests who require assistance during the experience are entitled to request a free pass for their caregiver or support professional at the venue entrance.
Is the experience accessible for people who are deaf or visually impaired?
The DroneArt Show has not been specifically adapted for guests with visual or hearing impairments. We are committed to making our experiences increasingly inclusive and encourage you to explore other experiences available in your city.
Will there be restrooms on-site?
Yes, restrooms will be available. Please ask the on-site staff for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. Please ensure you do not disturb other participants. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost and Found?
We recommend speaking to the on-site staff to check if your belongings have been found. If that is not possible at the time, please contact us.
Is there a minimum age?
All ages are welcome. Please note that the space may not be accessible for strollers, and they may not be permitted inside the venue. Children under 3 years old enter free of charge.
Will there be an audio guide?
This experience does not include an audio guide.
