About the Experience
What can I expect from the event?
This open-air candlelight concert features talented musicians performing major classical works, including The Four Seasons by Vivaldi and Swan Lake by Tchaikovsky. Throughout the performance, drones will "dance" across the night sky, bringing the music to life through impressive light and color displays.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience will take place at Jockey Club do Rio Grande do Sul, located at Av. Diário de Notícias, 750 - Cristal, Porto Alegre - RS, 90810-080.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place outdoors. If weather conditions prevent the event from happening, you will be notified by email at the address linked to your Fever account. Please remember to also check your spam folder.
How long does the experience last?
The concert and drone show last approximately 65 minutes. Gates open 2 hours before the scheduled start time. We recommend arriving early to secure parking and complete check-in before the show begins. Late entry may not be permitted. Please note that while drones are flying, access to parking areas may be temporarily restricted.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Outside food and beverages of any kind, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, are not allowed. Only water is permitted.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase on site?
Food and beverages will be available for purchase on site. For gluten-free or vegan options, we recommend checking availability in advance.
Is parking available?
Paid parking will be available on site.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee additional dates. Please check the experience page for the most up-to-date availability, as only the listed dates and times are confirmed.
Is there a dress code?
There is no formal dress code. Depending on the weather, we recommend wearing warm clothing, as the event takes place at night and temperatures may drop.
Tickets
Can I buy tickets at the entrance?
Tickets will not be sold at the venue. Purchases must be made exclusively through the Fever app or the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes. You can transfer your tickets free of charge to anyone by selecting "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app. If you need assistance, please contact support and provide your order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your ticket is available in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. Make sure you log in using the same method you used for the purchase. The QR code is also included in your confirmation email. You can download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app under the "Tickets" section. If you do not have the app installed, download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play and log in with the same account used for purchase. If you still cannot find it, please contact support.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds available?
Date changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the event. To request a change, contact support and provide your ticket ID. You can also check whether this option is enabled directly in the Fever app under your ticket details. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for more information.
Access to the Event
Do I need to arrive exactly at my session time?
We recommend arriving at least 30 to 60 minutes before the time shown on your ticket. Late entry may not be permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are guide dogs allowed?
Pets are not allowed at the venue. Service animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. The venue is accessible.
Will there be seating? Can I stay seated during the experience?
There are three ticket types available:
(I) VIP area with poofs provided; provided; (II) picnic-style area with folding beach chairs; and (III) standing area, where guests watch the show standing. In the standing area, guests may bring blankets or chairs, but we cannot guarantee that others will remain seated. Please choose your ticket type according to how you prefer to enjoy the show.
Which items are prohibited at the event?
Firearms or weapons of any kind; outside food or beverages (except water); smoking items; glass containers or bottles; large chairs, tables, carts, umbrellas, or large strollers; inflatables; recreational drones; sharp objects and chemical products. All bags will be checked before entry.
Do you offer companion/caregiver tickets?
Guests who require assistance during the experience may request a free pass for a companion or support professional at the venue entrance.
Is the experience accessible for guests who are deaf or visually impaired?
This experience has not yet been specifically adapted for guests with visual or hearing impairments. We are working to make our experiences increasingly inclusive and encourage you to check other available experiences in your city.
Are there restrooms on site?
Yes. Restrooms are available on site. Please ask the staff for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
You are welcome to take photos and share them, provided you do not disturb other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
Please speak with the on-site staff to check if your item has been found. If needed, you may also contact support afterward.
Is there a minimum age?
All ages are welcome. Please note that the venue may not be stroller-accessible and strollers may not be allowed. Children under 3 years old can attend free of charge.
Is there an audio guide?
This experience does not include an audio guide.
