About the Experience
What can I expect from this event?
DroneArt Show is an open-air performance blending classical music with cutting-edge drone technology, creating a stunning visual and auditory experience. During the show, a string quartet will perform classical pieces surrounded by the glow of over 20,000 candles, while a fleet of drones lights up the night sky during selected pieces with dazzling displays of light and colour that bring the music to life.

Hippodrome de Vincennes – 2 Rte de la Ferme, 75012 Paris, France.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
This is an outdoor experience. In case of weather-related cancellations, we will notify you via the email linked to your Fever account. Be sure to check your spam folder just in case.
How long is the experience?
The concert and drone show lasts approximately 62 minutes. Doors open 2 hours before the start time. We recommend arriving early to soak in the atmosphere, enjoy food and drink options, and check in before the show begins. Seating is unassigned, so the earlier you arrive, the better your options. Entry will not be permitted once the show has started. Drones will only fly during selected pieces.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase?
Yes, food and drink will be available at the event.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking is available on-site. We recommend arriving early to secure a spot.
Will there be additional sessions?

About the Tickets
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are only available through the Fever app or website and are not sold at the venue.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets for free to another person. Just click “Transfer tickets” in your ticket section on the Fever app. Contact us if you need help, and be sure to include your order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
Your ticket is accessible in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on Apple App Store and Google Play). Log in with the same account you used to purchase. You’ll also find your QR code in the confirmation email.
I can’t find my ticket. What should I do?
Check the “Tickets” section in the Fever app. You should also have received your ticket by email. If you haven’t downloaded the app yet, do so via Apple App Store or Google Play and log in with the account you used to purchase. Still can’t find it? Contact us.
Are refunds possible? What is the exchange policy?
All sales for this event are final: tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-modifiable. For more details, please see our terms and conditions.
Event Access
Do I need to arrive at the start time of my session?
Yes, we recommend arriving as early as possible. Doors open at 8:00 p.m., and no entry will be allowed once the session has started. Arriving early also allows you to enjoy the ambiance and food options. Seats are not assigned, so the earlier you arrive, the better your choices.
Can I bring an animal? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, animals are not permitted on-site.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is accessible to individuals with reduced mobility.
Are companion tickets available?
Guests requiring assistance may request a free ticket for their companion. You’ll need to present supporting documentation at the start of the experience; the companion will then be admitted free of charge.
Is the experience adapted for visually or hearing-impaired visitors?
Unfortunately, this experience has not been adapted for visually or hearing-impaired guests. We are working to make our experiences more inclusive and invite you to explore other events in your city.
Will there be seating? Can I remain seated during the show?
Yes, seating will be available and you’ll remain seated throughout the experience.
Are there toilets on-site?
Yes, there are toilets available. Don’t hesitate to ask staff for directions.
Can I take photos or film the experience?
You are welcome to take photos and share them. Please be mindful not to disturb other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.

Is there a cloakroom?
