THE EXPERIENCE

What can I expect from the event? The newest edition to the DroneArt Show series, Space Chase, brings a story of friendship and adventure to life in the sky. Set to music and precision choreography, 1,200 drones transform the night into a universe of characters, planets, and cinematic light formations.
Where is the experience located? The experience will take place at Nissan Stadium located at 1 Titans Wy, Nashville, TN 37213.
Is the stadium's clear bag policy in effect? Yes, please see the Nissan Stadium clear bag policy here.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? This experience is held outdoors. If due to the weather forecast the event cannot be held, we will notify you via email at the same address linked to your Fever account. When in doubt, please remember to check your spam folder too.
How long does the experience last? The drone show will last approximately 60 minutes, including a 15 minute intermission. Doors will open 2 hours prior to the event start time. We recommend arriving early to secure parking and to check in before the show starts. Late entry may not be permitted. Please note that during the show while the drones are flying, access to the parking lots may be restricted.
Can I bring my own food and drinks? Outside food or beverages are not allowed at the event.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? You will be able to purchase food and beverage at this event.
Is there parking available? There will be parking available onsite for a fee.
Will there be additional sessions? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there a dress code? There's no defined dress code for this experience; depending on weather, we suggest you dress in layers and bring blankets or jackets as it may be colder at night.

Where can I get tickets?

In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store

On the Fever website

Can I purchase tickets at the door? Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.

You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket.

No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.

ACCESS

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? Please arrive at least 30 minutes to 1 hour before the showtime stated on your ticket; late entry may not be permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event's location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible? Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition? This is a seated experience. Guests will be seated in designated areas of the stadium seating.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

  • any non-transparent bag larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″
  • coolers or containers, including glass bottles, cans (aerosol and non-aerosol), thermos, hard plastic tumbler
  • metal flasks, metal cigar/cigarette cases
  • seat cushions containing zippers or metal pieces
  • folding and/or standalone chairs
  • umbrellas
  • strollers or baby seats
  • camera lenses over 6″, video cameras/recording devices, tripods
  • poles, selfie sticks, sticks of any kind
  • drones, unmanned aircraft
  • horns, whistles or other noisemakers
  • weapons of any kind, this includes any item with a blade (pocket knives, scissors, etc.)
  • outside food/beverages
  • illegal drugs or substances, any alcoholic beverage
  • animals, except service animals assisting guests with disabilities
  • footballs, inflatable balls, balloons
  • any headwear or apparel with hazardous attachments including, but not limited to, spikes and blades
  • lights (flashlights, LED lights, etc.)
  • anything that creates a nuisance or disruption
  • inflatable costumes
  • clothing displaying offensive messages/language

During concerts and other non-sporting events, additions may be made to the prohibited items list, at the discretion of the artist and/or management. All updates will be communicated via the Nissan Stadium website and social media channels.

*Please note lotion sunscreen is permitted, but aerosol sunscreen is prohibited.

Do you offer carer tickets? Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to request one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker at the entrance of the venue.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people? DroneArt Show has not been adapted for accessibility for the visually impaired or deaf. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences inclusive and recommend that you take a look at other experiences in your city.
Will restrooms be available on site? This venue has restrooms - please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found? We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.
Is there an age requirement? All ages are welcome to this experience! Please keep in mind that the space may not be accessible for prams/strollers and they may not be allowed into the venue. Kids under 3 years old will be allowed in for free.
Will there be an audio guide? This experience does not include an audio guide.
