About the experience

What can I expect from the event? In this candlelit open-air concert, talented musicians perform classical masterpieces, including Vivaldi’s ‘The Four Seasons’ and Tchaikovsky’s ‘Swan Lake’.. Drones will dance in the night sky throughout the concert, bringing the compositions to life in dazzling displays of light and color.
Where is the experience located?

The experience will take place at Galopprennbahn München Riem, Graf-Lehndorff-Straße 36, 81929 München

The nearest public transport station is S-Bahn Station Riem (16 minute walk away from the entrance)

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? This experience is held outdoors. If due to the weather forecast the event cannot be held, we will notify you via email at the same address linked to your Fever account. When in doubt, please remember to check your spam folder too.
How long does the experience last? The concert and drone show will last approximately 65 minutes. Doors will open 90 minutes prior to the event start time. We recommend arriving early to secure parking and to check in before the show starts. Late entry may not be permitted. Please note that during the show while the drones are flying, access to the parking lots may be restricted.
Am I allowed to bring food and beverages from outside? No, there will be drinks and some food available for purchase on site. Vegan and Vegetarian options are available.
Is there parking available? There are limited parking spots available. Tickets can be purchased in advance. Entrance to the parking spots is via Landshamer Str. only. Please keep your prepurchased parking ticket on hand. Access via Graf-Lehndorff-Straße is not possible.
Will there be additional sessions? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there a dress code? There's no defined dress code for this experience. We suggest you dress in layers and bring blankets or jackets as it may be colder at night.

Where can I get tickets?
Can I purchase tickets at the door? Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
What is the difference in ticket types?

Premium Grandstand: Admission to the experience and access to the grandstand area.

Front of Stage: Includes entry ticket and access to the front rows in the seated area with chairs.

Seating: Includes entry ticket and access to the seated area with chairs.

Picnic area: Admission to the experience and access to the picnic area, which is located next to the seating area. Guests are advised to bring blankets or cushions for the floor (chairs are not permitted, and outside food and drink are also not permitted).

Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket? You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
What is the difference in ticket types?

Can I make a group booking? If you want to book for a large group, you must complete this form.

About access to the event

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? Please arrive at least 30 minutes to 1 hour before the showtime stated on your ticket; late entry may not be permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible? Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue. Please refer to the accessible ticket options to secure an appropriate seat.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Outside alcohol, smoking and recreational drones are not permitted. All bags will be searched prior to entry.
Do you offer carer tickets?

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here with proof of needing a carer ticket.

Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability).

Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.

Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people? DroneArt Show has not been adapted for accessibility for the visually impaired or deaf. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences inclusive and recommend that you take a look at other experiences in your city.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition? This is a seated experience. Guests with Picnic Area tickets are encouraged to bring blankets. Bringing chairs is not permitted.
Will restrooms be available on site? This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found? We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.
Is a coat check available? Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Is there an age requirement? All ages are welcome to this experience! Please keep in mind that the space is not accessible for prams/strollers and they will not be allowed into the venue. Kids under 3 years old will be allowed in for free.
Will there be an audio guide? This experience does not include an audio guide.
Will there be strobe lights? No, this event won't include strobe lights.
