What can I expect from the event?
DroneArt Show: Music Concert and Drone Show is an unforgettable outdoor concert in Milan where classical music meets cutting-edge drone art. Experience the magic of Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons, Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake, and much more, accompanied by breathtaking light choreography in the sky with 1000 drones in flight!
Where will the experience take place?
The experience takes place at Ippodromo Snai San Siro, Piazzale dello Sport, 16, 20151 Milano, MI.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
This experience is held outdoors. If due to the weather forecast the event cannot be held, we will notify you via email at the same address linked to your Fever account. When in doubt, please remember to check your spam folder too.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 65 min at this experience.
Are food and drinks available for purchase on-site?
You will be able to purchase food and beverage at this event.
Is parking available on-site?
Free public parking in front of the location is available, but spaces are limited. We therefore recommend arriving early.
Will there be additional sessions available?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Will there be virtual reality?
No, this experience does not include virtual reality.
Is there a dress code?
There is no dress code for this event. Casual attire is fine. As this is an outdoor experience, we recommend dressing appropriately.
Regarding Tickets
Where can I purchase tickets?
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets will not be sold on site, they can be only purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to anyone free of charge. Simply send the PDF you received via email to the person using the ticket. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns and include the order number of your ticket.
Is it necessary to print the ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your event. If you wish to make a change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as quickly as possible, guiding you through the next steps. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. Can I make a group booking?
Group bookings (14+ people) are allowed, subject to the number of tickets available through our app/website. Please contact business@business.feverup.com.

Regarding Event Accessibility
Do I need to arrive at the start of the session?
We recommend arriving at the time indicated on your ticket. In case of a delay, entry may not be guaranteed.
Can I bring pets? Are assistance dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.

Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
What items are not allowed at the event?
The following items are prohibited:
Horns or stadium trumpets
Weapons, explosives, fireworks, smoke bombs, stones, knives, or sharp objects
Alcoholic beverages
Drugs, poisons, harmful substances, flammable materials
Entry or staying under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Cans, glass or plastic bottles (free water fountains will be available inside the venue)
Umbrellas and poles
Musical instruments
Laser pointers or pens
Drones or remote-controlled flying devices
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion/caregiver. If you need a ticket for your companion, please contact us with a document certifying the need for assistance. Once we receive the document, we will provide a voucher code that can be used to purchase the free ticket for your companion/caregiver. Please note that you will need to show the documents along with the tickets to access the venue.
Is the experience accessible to deaf or visually impaired people?
This experience is not recommended for deaf or visually impaired individuals. We are doing our best to make all our experiences more inclusive, and we recommend exploring other experiences in your city.
Will there be strobe lights?
Yes, this event will feature strobe lighting effects.
Will there be seats available? Can I sit during the event?
Yes, this event includes seating. The area will depend on the ticket selected ("Tribuna" or "Parterre").
Are restrooms available on-site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them; just make sure not to disturb other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a coat check service?
Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Are there age requirements?
All ages are welcome in the experience! Strollers and prams are welcome. Kids under age 3 can attend for free. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.
