About the experience

What can I expect from the event? In this candlelit open-air concert, talented musicians perform classical masterpieces, including Vivaldi’s ‘The Four Seasons’. Drones will dance in the night sky for a select number of songs, bringing the compositions to life in dazzling displays of light and color.
Where is the experience located? Caulfield Racecourse is located at Station St, Caulfield East VIC 3145. Ticketing entrance is via Gate 23. On-site parking (with a valid pre-purchased parking add-on) is via Gate 2 (opposite Bond St).
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? This experience is held outdoors. If due to the weather forecast the event cannot be held, we will notify you via email at the same address linked to your Fever account. When in doubt, please remember to check your spam folder too.
How long does the experience last? The concert and drone show will last approximately 65 minutes. Doors will open 90 minutes prior to the event start time. We recommend arriving early to secure parking and to check in before the show starts. Late entry is strictly prohibited. The drones will only be flying for a select number of songs.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? You will be able to purchase food and beverage at this event; however, please note that there won't be gluten-free or vegan options.
Is there parking available?

There will be parking available at the venue at an additional cost ($20); we encourage you to purchase the parking online prior to the event to secure your spot. In case there is remaining capacity left, you will also be able to purchase it onsite at the entry. Please note that cash payments will not be accepted onsite.

Pre-purchased parking is via Gate 2 (opposite Bond St), Station St. Metered parking (no pre-purchase) is available at Guineas Car Park via Gate 20, Station St. However, parking availability is not guaranteed at Guineas Car Park as this will be on a first come, first served basis.

Will there be additional sessions? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there a dress code? There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine. We suggest you dress in layers and bring blankets or jackets as it may be colder at night.

Where can I get tickets? In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store On the [Fever website)[https://feverup.com/]
Can I purchase tickets at the door? Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my ticket? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket? You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed? This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase). One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&C.

About access to the event

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? Please arrive at least 30 to 90 minutes before the time stated on your ticket; late entry is not permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible? Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Blades, or weapons of any kind, flash photography, outside alcohol, personal drones, smoking/vaping, laser pointers/ light-up accessories that distract from the experience, noise makers, loud speakers, or anything that may disturb other patrons. If you are bringing picnic supplies, please make sure you do not bring knives, and outside chairs are not permitted. Only support animals allowed. Bags will be checked at entry.
Can I bring my own drone to the experience? No, drones are not allowed on the premises. Only the drones in the show are authorized.
Do you offer caretaker tickets? Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker at the entrance of the venue.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition? Chairs are available for attendees purchasing a ticket in the seating area. Guests at the picnic area are encouraged to bring their own blankets or pillows. Chairs will also be available for guests with mobility needs, but must remain in the designated section. There are no chairs allowed in the “picnic area” to ensure that the view of the stage is not obstructed.
Will restrooms be available on site? This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods and drones are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found? We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.
Is a coat check available? Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Is there an age requirement? This experience only allows guests above 8 years old.
Will there be an audio guide? Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
