What can I expect from the event?
DroneArt Show is an outdoor spectacle that blends classical music with cutting-edge drone technology, creating an impressive visual and auditory experience. Throughout the event, a string quartet will perform classical pieces in a setting illuminated by more than 5,000 candles, while a fleet of drones dances in the night sky during select songs, bringing the compositions to life with dazzling displays of light and color

Hipódromo de la Zarzuela - Av. Padre Huidobro, S/N, A6 KM 8, Moncloa, Aravaca, 28023 Madrid.
Is the event indoors or outdoors?
This experience is held outdoors. In case of adverse weather conditions, we will notify you via email using the address linked to your Fever account. Be sure to also check your spam folder if needed.
How long does the experience last?
The concert and drone show run for approximately 62 minutes. Doors open 2 hours before the event starts. We recommend arriving early to find parking and check in before the show begins. Late entry will not be permitted. Please note that drones will only fly during selected songs.
Will food and drinks be available on site?
Yes, food and beverages will be available for purchase at the event.
Will there be additional sessions?
Please check the event page for the latest updates on session availability, as these are the confirmed dates and times.
TICKETS
Can I buy tickets at the door?
No, tickets are only available through the Fever app or website. There will be no ticket sales at the venue.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds or exchanges allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours before the event. If you wish to make a change, please contact us and include the ticket identifier associated with your purchase (What is the ticket identifier?). You can also check whether this option is available by viewing your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, where—if enabled—you will see a "Change date and/or time" button. Follow the steps in the link to change the date and/or time. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
ACCESS
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Yes, we recommend arriving as early as possible. Doors open two hours before the show begins, and access is not permitted once the session has started. Arriving early will also allow you to enjoy the atmosphere and our food and beverage offerings. Please note that seating is not assigned, so the earlier you arrive, the better your choice will be.
Can I bring pets? Are service dogs allowed?
Only service animals are permitted at this event venue.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is accessible in the Garden, VIP, and Terrace areas, but not in the Side Stands.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Yes. Guests requiring assistance are entitled to one free pass for a personal assistant/support worker. Simply show proof at the entrance to receive complimentary entry for the carer.
Is the experience accessible for people with visual or hearing impairments?
Unfortunately, this event has not yet been adapted for guests with visual or hearing disabilities. We're working toward making all experiences more inclusive—please check other events in your city that may suit your needs better.
Will there be seating? Can I sit during the experience?
Yes, this is a seated experience and seating will be provided for all guests.
Are there restrooms available?
Yes, restrooms will be available. Ask our staff onsite for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Absolutely—feel free to take photos and share them! Just be mindful not to disturb other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.
Where can I inquire about lost items?
We recommend speaking to venue staff if you’ve lost something. If you're no longer onsite, please contact us here.
Is there a cloakroom?
Unfortunately, there is no cloakroom available at this venue.
Is there an age requirement?
There is no age requirement. Children under 3 years old can enter for free.
Is there an audio guide?
No, this experience does not include an audio guide.
