About the experience
What can I expect from the event?
In this candlelit open-air concert, talented musicians perform classical masterpieces, including Vivaldi's 'The Four Seasons'. Drones will dance in the night sky for a select number of songs, bringing the compositions to life in dazzling displays of light and color.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held outdoors. If due to the weather forecast the event cannot be held, we will notify you via email at the same address linked to your Fever account. When in doubt, please remember to check your spam folder too.
How long does the experience last?
The concert and drone show will last approximately 65 minutes. Doors will open 90 minutes prior to the event start time. We recommend arriving early to check in and purchase food or drinks before the show starts. Late entry is strictly prohibited.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Will you have vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free options available?

Is there parking available?
Dulwich Park: There is no general parking available at the event site within Dulwich Park. We urge all attendees to travel by public transport. Nearest stations are West Dulwich and North Dulwich. There are several bus routes which run alongside the park.
There are several disabled parking spaces, please show your blue badge on arrival to be directed to the parking area. Access via the gate at College Road.
London (Sandown Park): There will be paid parking available for £6. Please pre purchase with your ticket or there will be the option to pay on arrival.
If you require ADA access parking, you are not required to purchase a parking ticket. Please present your documentation on arrival and the attendants will show you to the parking zone.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase). One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&C.
Can I make a group booking?
You can purchase tickets for up to 14 people directly on our ticketing site. If you want to visit the Experience with a larger group of 14+ people, please complete the Group Booking Form on Fever’s website.
Can I bring my own picnic equipment?
If you purchased a standard picnic ticket, we recommend bringing your own picnic blanket and equipment. If you purchased a VIP picnic ticket a picnic blanket will already be provided.
Please be aware you will be sharing the space with other ticket holders, so ground level picnic suppliers are encouraged. No chairs or inflatables allowed which could block others' view.
Can I bring my own food and drinks with picnic tickets?
We will have a variety of food and drinks options to purchase at the event, so outside food and beverages are not permitted.
About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Please arrive at least 30 to 90 minutes before the time stated on your ticket; late entry is not permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event's location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue ADA accessible?
Dulwich Park: Dulwich Park is accessible for disabled customers with ramp access, DDA access parking close to the entrance, accessibility toilet facilities, low level service areas at the bar and food vendors, and first aid facilities.
Our venue includes a wheelchair accessible viewing area. If you require access to this area, please book the Access Viewing Area ticket type for your group to ensure you can stay together.
For disabled parking, please show your badge to the parking attendants on arrival and they will direct you to the access parking area. Access via College Road.
Sandown Park: Sandown Park is accessible for disabled customers with ramp access, ADA access parking close to the entrance, accessibility toilet facilities, low level service areas in the bars and Food Court and first aid facilities.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Blades, or weapons of any kind, flash photography, outside food or alcohol, personal drones, smoking/vaping, laser pointers/ light-up accessories that distract from the experience, noise makers, loud speakers, or anything that may disturb other patrons. Bags will be checked at entry.
Do you offer caregiver tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us HERE with proof of needing a carer ticket. Once we receive this, we will provide you with the code of a voucher, that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket. Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each carer’s ticket will need to be purchased with at least one other full price ticket.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
Dulwich Park: Tickets in our seated section will be seated in rows of chairs. Guests with Picnic Area tickets are encouraged to bring blankets, pillows and other ground-level picnic supplies. Chairs are not allowed.
London (Sandown Park):
Tickets in our seating and VIP seating section will be seated in rows of chairs. Guests with Picnic Area tickets are encouraged to bring blankets, pillows and other ground-level picnic supplies. Chairs are not allowed.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods and drones are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.
Is a coat check available?
This venue has no coat check.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this experience! Kids under age 3 can attend for free.
Will there be an audio guide?
