About the experience
What can I expect from the event?
In this candlelit open-air concert, talented musicians perform classical masterpieces, including Vivaldi’s ‘The Four Seasons’. Drones will dance in the night sky for a select number of songs, bringing the compositions to life in dazzling displays of light and colour.
Where is the experience located?
The event will take place at EPIC, Corner of Flemington Road and Northbourne Avenue, Mitchell ACT 2911.
What if it rains?
This is an outdoor experience and will go ahead even if there is rain. Guests are encouraged to dress appropriately for wet weather, however umbrellas won’t be permitted as they may disturb the drone visibility of other patrons. If due to the weather forecast the event cannot be held, we will notify you via email at the same address linked to your Fever account. When in doubt, please remember to check your spam folder too.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The concert and drone show will last approximately 65 minutes. Doors will open 2 hours prior to the event start time. We recommend arriving early not only to secure parking and check in, but also to enjoy the food trucks and beverage offerings before the show starts. Late entry is strictly prohibited. The drones will only be flying for a select number of songs.
How long does the experience last?
Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the event, including vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan options. To honor our venue's commercial rights, we encourage you not to bring your own food. Also, please note that no outside alcohol is permitted on the premises.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Parking is available on-site for all ticket holders. VIP ticket holders and guests with accessible parking permits, will be located in the VIP carpark (follow the signs once you arrive at the venue). For general admission, parking will also be available on-site. However, in a different designated parking zone (follow the signs once you arrive at the venue)..
Is there parking available?
There will be parking available as pre-purchase online at an additional cost of $16. Please note parking within Caulfield Racecourse will not be permitted without a valid pre-purchased parking ticket and cannot be purchased at the gate.
Pre-purchased parking is via Gate 9 on Kambrook Rd (opposite Hudson St) or Guineas Car Park on Normanby Rd. If you have not pre-purchased parking but you are driving to the venue, you will need to find parking space outside of Caulfield Racecourse.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.

Yes, there will be an on-site shop for DroneArt Show merchandise available to purchase.
About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
You will be able to purchase tickets via a QR code in the entrance, which will redirect you to the Fever website. We strongly recommend purchasing them with time in the Fever App (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store) or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. Refunds are not allowed, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the time stated on your ticket; late entry is not permitted. The gates will open 2 hours prior to the show's start so you can enjoy the Food & Beverage offering while the sun sets.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue. Disabled parking will be located on-site in the same area as the VIP parking. Please, note that wheelchairs are allowed in the picnic area, but must be kept within a designed section to avoid visibility disruptions.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Blades, or weapons of any kind, flash photography, outside alcohol, personal drones, smoking/vaping, laser pointers/ light-up accessories that distract from the experience, noise makers, loud speakers, or anything that may disturb other patrons. If you are bringing picnic supplies, please make sure you do not bring knives, and outside chairs are not permitted. Only support animals allowed. Bags will be checked at entry.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion/caregiver. If you need a ticket for your companion, please contact us with a document certifying the need for assistance. Once we receive the document, we will provide a voucher code that can be used to purchase the free ticket for your companion/caregiver. Please note that you will need to show the documents along with the tickets to access the venue.
Can I bring my own drone to the experience?
Guests requiring assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion/caregiver. If you need a ticket for your companion, please contact us with a document certifying the need for assistance. Once we receive the document, we will provide a voucher code that can be used to purchase the free ticket for your companion/caregiver. Please note that you will need to show the documents along with the tickets to access the venue.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
For those with seating area tickets, your seat will be on bleachers to ensure an optimal view of the stage. Guests in the picnic area are encouraged to bring their own blankets or pillows for comfort, chairs will not be allowed.
We will have a limited number of inflatable bags available for pre-purchase as an add-on to your general admission ticket. To ensure a clear view for everyone, these inflatable bags will be located at the end of the picnic area, and chairs are not permitted in this section.
Please, note that wheelchairs are allowed in the picnic area, but must be kept within a designed section to avoid visibility disruptions.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms, including accessible toilets—please ask our staff on site for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods and drones are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.
Is a coat check available?
Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome!
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
Flexible Cancellation Ticket
What is a Flexible Cancellation Ticket?
A Flexible Cancellation Ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange of
your ticket in case you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my ticket?
You can cancel your Flexible Cancellation Ticket if you request it up to 48
hours before the experience starts. You will just need to contact us. Please
note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another
user.
What documents do I have to present to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund or exchange.
How do I request my refund?
Please contact us to get your ticket refunded. You'll receive a refund for the
entire ticket price, except for the fee paid for the flexible ticket option.
If I opt for a refund, how long does it take to process it, and how will I
receive it?
If you used a credit card or PayPal account to make the purchase, you will be
credited the total amount of the ticket price back to your account. Keep in
mind that the money could take 10+ days to appear on your statement.
If you bought your ticket(s) using a voucher, you’ll find a new voucher in the
"Vouchers" section of the app.
Keep in mind, this voucher is different from your Fever Club Wallet.
If I opt for an exchange of the ticket, when will I receive the new ticket?
You will receive a voucher for the same value of your purchase as soon as you
request for it. You can use this voucher to go back to the same experience
and buy a new date and/or time.
Can I change my ticket for a different experience?
If you opt for an exchange voucher, you can only use this voucher to go back
and purchase the same experience.
