About the experience

What can I expect from the event? DroneArt Show: Harry Potter™ is an unforgettable open-air experience where drones, music, and wonder come together under the stars. Guided by the iconic music of the wizarding world™, 1,200 drones illuminate the night sky, recreating some of the most beloved moments from the films in breathtaking formations of light. This is a fully immersive, multisensory experience for witches, wizards, and Muggles of all ages. Share an extraordinary night of magic, nostalgia, and awe.
Where is the experience located? The event takes place at the Gardens of the World Berlin, Blumberger Damm 44.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? This experience is held outdoors. If due to the weather forecast the event cannot be held, we will notify you via email at the same address linked to your Fever account. When in doubt, please remember to check your spam folder too.
How long does the experience last? The drone show will last approximately 60 minutes with an intermission. Doors will open 2 hours prior to the event start time. We recommend arriving early to secure the best spot.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? You will be able to purchase food and beverage at this event. Outside food or beverages are not allowed at the event.
Is there parking available? We recommend using public transportation, as parking around the Gardens of the World will be limited. Parking is available at P1 and P2, located at Eisenacher Straße 99 (north entrance to the Gardens of the World). There is also P3 at Hellersdorfer Straße 159 (Kienbergpark; from here, you can take the cable car to the Gardens of the World or walk for about 30 minutes. The cable car runs only until 6:45 p.m., and an additional ticket is required).
Will there be additional sessions? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there a dress code? There is no defined dress code for this experience. Depending on the weather, we recommend dressing in layers and bringing a blanket or jacket, as temperatures may drop in the evening.

About tickets

Where can I get tickets?

In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store

On the Fever website

Can I purchase tickets at the door? Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket? You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed? This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.

About access to the event

Do I need to arrive at the start of my reserved time slot? Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the showtime listed on your ticket; doors open two hours before the event begins. Late entry may not be permitted.
Can I bring pets? Are service animals allowed? Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the venue, but service animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible? Yes, the event takes place at an accessible venue. We recommend purchasing accessible tickets to secure a suitable seat.
What items are prohibited at this event? Is smoking permitted on-site? Outside alcohol, smoking, and recreational drones are not permitted. All bags will be searched before entry.
Are there tickets available for caregivers? Guests who require assistance during this experience may request a free pass for their personal companion/caregiver. Please contact us here with proof of the need for a companion ticket. Once we have received this, we will send you a voucher that you can use to purchase your free companion ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you must present your regular ticket along with this companion ticket when entering the venue.
Is this experience accessible to deaf or visually impaired people? Unfortunately, this experience could not be adapted for deaf or visually impaired people. We do our best to make all our experiences inclusive and recommend that you look for other experiences in your city.
Are chairs provided? Can I sit down during the event? This is a seated experience. Bringing your own chairs is not permitted.
Are there restrooms at the venue? The venue has restrooms. You can ask the staff on-site for more details.
Can I take photos or videos during the experience? You're welcome to take photos and share them. Please be mindful not to disturb other guests while taking photos. However, professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a lost and found office on site? We recommend asking the on-site staff if your belongings have been found. If you are unable to inquire on site, please contact us.
Is there a coat check on site? Unfortunately, this venue does not have a coat check.
Is there an age restriction? All age groups are welcome to this experience! Please note that the venue is not accessible to strollers, and they may not be brought onto the event grounds. Children under 3 years of age will be allowed in for free.
