About the Experience
What can I expect from the event?
DroneArt Show is an outdoor show that combines classical music with cutting-edge drone technology, creating a stunning visual and auditory experience. Throughout the experience, a string quartet will perform classical pieces in a setting lit by more than 20,000 candles, while a fleet of drones will dance in the night sky during some songs, bringing the compositions to life with dazzling displays of light and color.

Gran Hipódromo de Andalucía - Av. de las Universidades, s/n, 41704 Dos Hermanas, Sevilla.
Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place outdoors. If the event cannot take place due to weather conditions, we will notify you by email at the same address linked to your Fever account. If in doubt, remember to also check your spam folder.
How long does the experience last?
The concert and drone show will last approximately 65 minutes. Doors will open 2 hours before the start of the event. We recommend arriving early to enjoy the atmosphere and our food and drink offerings, and to register before the show begins. Please note that seats are not assigned, so the earlier you arrive, the better your choice will be. No entry will be permitted once the event has started. The drones will only fly during a select number of songs.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase at the venue?

About Tickets
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Tickets will not be sold at the door; they can only be purchased on the app or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in using the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, in the tickets section. You will also receive your tickets in your purchase confirmation email. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from Apple App Store or Google Play).Remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase the tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
For this event, all sales are final and tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or modified. For more information, please see our T&Cs.
About Accessibility
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Yes, we recommend arriving as early as possible. Doors open two hours before the start of the show and no entry is permitted once the session has begun. Arriving early will also allow you to enjoy the atmosphere and our food and drink offerings. Please note that seating is unreserved, so the earlier you arrive, the better your choice of seats will be.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, animals are not allowed at this event venue.
Do you offer tickets for caregivers?
Guests who require assistance during this experience are entitled to request a free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.
For this experience, simply show proof that you require a caregiver ticket at the entrance to the experience and the caregiver will be able to access it for free.
Is the experience accessible for people with visual or hearing impairments?
Unfortunately, this experience could not be adapted for people with visual and/or hearing impairments. We are doing our best to make all our experiences inclusive and recommend that you check out other experiences in your city.
Are chairs available? Can I sit during the experience/exhibition?
Yes, this is a seated experience.

Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please be mindful not to disturb other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
