Synopsis

THE EXPERIENCE

What can I expect from the event? In this candlelit open-air concert, talented musicians perform classical masterpieces, including Vivaldi's 'The Four Seasons'. Drones will dance in the night sky for a select number of songs, bringing the compositions to life in dazzling displays of light and color.
Where is the experience located? Bosuilstadion - Oude Bosuilbaan 54, 2100 Antwerpen, Belgium
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? This experience is held outdoors. If due to the weather forecast the event cannot be held, we will notify you via email at the same address linked to your Fever account. When in doubt, please remember to check your spam folder too. We will endeavour to move the event to a different date if possible.
How long does the experience last? The concert and drone show will last approximately 65 minutes. Doors will open 120 minutes prior to the event start time. We recommend arriving early to check in and purchase food or drinks before the show starts. Late entry is strictly prohibited.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? You will be able to purchase food and beverage at this event. Bringing your own food or beverage is forbidden.
Will you have vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free options available? We will have some vegetarian and gluten-free options. Please consult with the on-site team so they can help you.
Is there parking available? There will be paid parking available at an additional cost.
Will there be additional sessions? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there a dress code? There's no defined dress code for this experience. We suggest you dress in layers and bring blankets or jackets as it may be colder at night.

Where can I get tickets?

In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store

Can I purchase tickets at the door? Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.

You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.

No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.

Can I make a group booking? You can purchase tickets for up to 14 people directly on our ticketing site. If you want to visit the Experience with a larger group of 14+ people, please complete the Group Booking Form on Fever's website.
Can I bring my own food and drinks? We will have a variety of food and drinks options to purchase at the event, so outside food and beverages are not permitted.

ACCESS

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? Please arrive at least 30 to 120 minutes before the time stated on your ticket; late entry is not permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event's location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible? The venue is ADA accessible.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Blades, or weapons of any kind, flash photography, outside food or alcohol, personal drones, smoking/vaping, laser pointers/ light-up accessories that distract from the experience, noise makers, loud speakers, or anything that may disturb other patrons. Bags will be checked at entry.
Do you offer carer tickets? Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker at the entrance of the venue.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people? This experience is primarily visual and auditory, and currently we are not able to provide full adaptations for D/deaf or visually impaired audiences (e.g. audio description, captioning, or BSL interpretation). We are committed to improving accessibility across our events and would be happy to advise on whether this experience would suit your access needs, or suggest alternatives where possible.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition? All tickets will be seated in rows of chairs.
Will restrooms be available on site? This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods and drones are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found? We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.
Is a coat check available? This venue has no coat check.
Is there an age requirement? All ages are welcome to this experience!
Will there be an audio guide? This experience does not include an audio guide.
Will there be strobe lights? No, the event does not include strobe lights.
Are stroller/prams allowed? Yes, the event is stroller-accessible.
