What can I expect from the event?
DroneArt Show is an outdoor spectacle that blends classical music with cutting-edge drone technology, creating an impressive visual and auditory experience. Throughout the event, a string quartet will perform classical pieces in a setting illuminated by more than 5,000 candles, while a fleet of drones dances in the night sky during select songs, bringing the compositions to life with dazzling displays of light and color.

Hipódromo de la Zarzuela – Av. Padre Huidobro, S/N, A6 KM 8, Moncloa, Aravaca, 28023 Madrid.
Is the experience held indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place outdoors. If the event cannot be held due to weather conditions, we will notify you by email at the same address linked to your Fever account. If in doubt, remember to also check your spam folder.
How long does the experience last?
The concert and the drone show will last approximately 65 minutes. Doors will open 2 hours before the event begins. We recommend arriving early to enjoy the atmosphere and our food and beverage offerings, as well as to check in before the show starts. Please note that seating is not assigned, so the earlier you arrive, the better your seat selection will be. Entry will not be permitted once the event has begun. The drones will fly only during a selected number of songs.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase?
Yes, food and drinks will be available for purchase at this event.
Is there parking?
Yes, the venue has free parking. We recommend arriving as early as possible to secure a spot. We suggest parking in the south lot whenever possible, as it is closest to the general entrance. The Accredited Parking area is reserved for VIP attendees.
Will there be additional sessions?

About the tickets
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Tickets will not be sold at the door; they can only be purchased through the Fever app or website.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Just click "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need further assistance. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. You will also receive your tickets in the purchase confirmation email. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours before the event. If you wish to make a change, please contact us and include the ticket identifier associated with your purchase (What is the ticket identifier?).
You can also check whether this option is available by viewing your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, where—if enabled—you will see a "Change date and/or time" button. Follow the steps in the link to change the date and/or time.

About event accessibility
Do I need to arrive at the start time of my scheduled session?
Yes, we recommend arriving as early as possible. Doors open two hours before the show begins, and access is not permitted once the session has started. Arriving early will also allow you to enjoy the atmosphere and our food and beverage offerings. Please note that seating is not assigned, so the earlier you arrive, the better your choice will be.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, animals are not allowed at the venue for this event.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is accessible in the Garden, VIP, and Terrace areas, but not in the Stands.
Do you offer tickets for caregivers?
Guests who need assistance during the experience are entitled to request a free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.
For this experience, simply show proof that you require a caregiver ticket at the entrance, and the caregiver will be allowed in for free.
Is the experience accessible for people with visual or hearing impairments?
Unfortunately, this experience could not be adapted for guests with visual and/or hearing disabilities. We are doing our best to make all our experiences inclusive, and we recommend checking out other experiences in your city.
Are chairs available? Can I remain seated during the experience?
This is a seated experience, so seating will be available for all guests.
Will there be restrooms on-site?
Yes, the venue has restrooms. Please ask our on-site staff for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking pictures, please be mindful not to disturb other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Is there a cloakroom available?
